- Each portfolio review sitting runs for 20 minutes.
- There is a 5 minutes exchange gap between portfolio review sittings. These times need to be respected at all times.
- You can book a minimum of 4 reviews and a maximum of 8 reviews.
- The base cost for each portfolio review is £45.
- During Early Bird we apply a set of automatic discounts, resulting in an increasing percentage of saving for 4,5,6,7 and 8 reviews booked in the same transaction and only valid for the photographer who books them.
- Closer to the dates of the event, we reserve the right to allow booking for individual reviews, charged at £50 each.
- The fee of our portfolio reviews gives you and exclusive 50% discount on all evening talks (tbc)
- In the unlikely event that one or more reviewers would not be able to attend the event we will endeavour to find suitable alternatives.
- Photo Meet Limited reserves the right to cancel and or change the event’s programme and portfolio reviews.
- Cancellations and/or changes to the schedule of reviewers booked are not allowed.
- Portfolio reviews are not refundable.
- Portfolio Reviews bookings are non-transferable.
- Photo Meet Limited will be contacting you with regards to the event you signed up for and we will automatically add you to our subscribers list, from which you can unsubscribe at any moment.
- We will contact you however for anything related to the event you purchased a ticket for.

This policy applies to information held about clients and prospective clients, suppliers and prospective suppliers, artists, contacts and all other persons about whom Photo Meet Limited holds information. By ‘information,’ we mean personal information about you that we collect, use, share and store.

- keep you informed about events, artists and news that we think you may find interesting
- carry out our obligations arising from any agreements entered into between you and us
- communicate with you with regards to events that you have signed up for

- comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and for security and to check your identity
